Nolan is a husband and father of 2 boys named Benjamim and Benson. Like 95% of Floridians he is a transplant from upstate Rocherster, New York. He relocated to southwest Florida 20 years ago and fell in love! Nolan has an extensive business and marketing background and successful corporate marketing experience with numerous Fortune 5 companies such as Best Buy, Verizon and AT&T. He had held numerous high level management positions at companies where dealing with “C level” executives was a daily task. Nolan decided to take his skills and passion for sales/negotiations to the world of real estate. For the last decade he and his team has sold hundreds of millions in residential and commercial real estate. In 2019 at the beginning of the pandemic he created the host management company Guest Geeks with partner Chris Shipe. Now managing multiple 6 figures of short term rental incomes he seeks to become Floridas premier choice for short term rental and host management.
